Weekend Hotlist: Sunday What does Bon Jovi have to do with the Steelers?
Who knows? But he's playing
the big Steelers Championship Celebration at Heinz Field, he's a
nice guy
and we might as well go along for the ride. The Jersey rocker --
a co-owner
of the Arena Football League team the Philadelphia Soul -- will headline
the Wreckless
Eric, a member of the Stiff Records roster along with Elvis
Costello and Nick Lowe, turns up at the Brillobox. He never had a
big pop
hit -- "Whole Wide World" was his best known song -- but
his sense of humor
and bitter, catchy pop songs have made him a cult figure. Pittsburgh
garage/surf combo Teen Riot will open and also back Eric on several
numbers.
The show is at 9 p.m. Tickets are $10.
