examination it looks to me as though mine is the only autobiography.
Does this mean I can claim Best Autobiography Of The Year? Sorry
for trying it on but I've got to milk this for all it's worth
in case I don't get another for how ever many years it is since
the NME gave me a special Dead But Won't Lie Down award back
in 1981.
The bloke in the photo isn't me, it's Johnny Cash who sadly won a place in the
reader's hearts and in this poll by dying in 2003. Just thought I'd make that
clear for anyone who's a bit thick or out of touch. |
