I booked my own shows because most of the agents who are willing to work with an artist like me are fucking useless. Before Covid happened I was touring all the time. I did a twenty date US tour in October last year and got through it without catching another dose of Covid (or any other sort of dose for that matter) and with only one cancellation (in Richmond, Virginia) due to a Covid outbreak, but booking shows seems like tempting fate at the moment.
So I'm concentrating on making a new album and waiting for the moment when I have so much more to lose before I embark on yet another zany, madcap touring caper.
​In the meantime things are somewhat sporadic.
